Application Process

Parents interested in seeking admission for a child should gather the necessary forms found below.  All forms are in a printable PDF format. If you have any problems or questions with regard to the admission process contact the main office at 770-882-3049

Registration is currently ongoing. Students will be accepted until all spaces are filled. When the number of applicants exceeds class space, the applicant will be forwarded to a waiting list. The waiting list is ordered by date of completed file being received in our office. Should openings occur after initial acceptance, applicants on the waiting list for that specific grade level will be contacted to enroll by the date on the applicant folder. The wait list is only valid for the current school year and no additional fee is charged to remain on the wait list. An applicant must resubmit an application the next admission period to be considered for the next school year.

All students seeking admission need to provide the following:

  4. Transcript Release Form: should be signed by Legal Guardian and submitted to current school (click HERE for printable PDF)   The application package is not complete until the Academic Records are received from the current school.
  5. Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
  6. Confidential Teacher Referenence Click HERE for printable PDF) The application package is not complete until the Teacher Reference is received from the current teacher.
  7. Current Immunization records

Students entering Pre-K and Kindergarten do NOT need to complete the Transcript Release form.

Forms may be downloaded from this website, but must be filled out and mailed along with any required fees and signed documents. Completed application packets may also be dropped off in our school office between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00PM on regular school days.
After all application documents have been received, families will be contacted with a testing date. Families can expect a call about acceptance and subsequent enrollment within two weeks after completion of testing.

  • Please note the following information concerning thetotal tuition rate per student: 
  • Total Pre- K-4 tuition is $2750.00
  • Total K- 5th tuition is $3900.00
  • Total 6th-8th tuition is $3975.00
  • Family Discount Plan:
    This discount applies to families with 3 or more students enrolled at SRA. Discount amounts are off the total tuition for the family
  • 3rd student = $400 discount
  • 4th student = $800 discount
  • 5th student = $1200 discount

    Admissions Policy:

    Saint Rose Academy admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

    Saint Rose Academy offers programs of education and formation for students who are willing and able to live within the religious, academic, behavioral, and attitudinal requirements of the school and whose parents/guardians have demonstrated a desire for the school to assist them in their parental role as primary educators.

    1. Any child entering into Saint Rose Academy must be completely toilet trained prior to admission.
    2. Kindergarten: Any child who is five on or before September 1 in the year the student will enter the school is eligible for admission to Kindergarten.
    3. PreK: Any child who is four on or before September 1 in the year the student will enter the school is eligible for admission to the Pre K program.
    4. Admission of a child from another state is based upon the age requirement of that jurisdiction.


    Saint Rose Academy is a grammar school in the Roman Catholic Tradition, intended for the education of Roman Catholic children. In the admission of students, and subject to the overriding discretion of the Dean of Admissions, priority consideration shall be given to these criteria in the following order: 

    A) Baptized and practicing Catholics who are members of St. Theresa Catholic Church, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. John Vianney Catholic Church, and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

    B) Students who are children of employees within the building that houses Saint Rose Academy. Baptized and practicing Catholics from other parishes in the surrounding areas. 

    C) Students of another religious affiliation.

  • Continued enrollment in any given school year, and re-enrollment in any subsequent years, is subject to the parents/guardians continued support of the mission of the school as documented in the school handbook and the maintenance of a demonstrably effective and supportive relationship between the school and the parents/guardians.
  • Re-enrollment in any subsequent year is subject to mutual agreement. That agreement may be withheld by the student, the parents, or the school administration with or without cause.
  • Transfer of students from any public or private school into grade eight (8) is generally not encouraged and will be considered on an individual basis.
  • Currently enrolled Catholic families and newly applying Catholic families shall be made aware of and have access to the Tuition Assistance Program.
